ARTIST'S STATEMENT

My passions involve painting in remote locations. There, I respond emotionally to the land, using colour, texture, and movement with watercolour in a spontaneous style. I am also interested in researching the history of these places. My work examines the balance between nature’s vastness and microcosms, capturing a sense of place that is both tangible and lasting.
